Thomas Anastasi

Dr. Thomas Anastasi

Dr. Anastasi earned his Ph.D. from Boston University, where he specialized in (among other things) negotiation and decision-making research. He has also earned two graduate degrees from Harvard University, in psychology and in management/administration.

Dr. Anastasi teaches at Boston University, where he has achieved perfect scores in both Instructor and Course ratings. He sponsors more directed studies than any other Boston University faculty member; has 220 undergraduate advisees; and serves regularly as a team learning consultant to others in the university.

He also teaches graduate business courses at Daniel Webster College, and has taught or guest lectured at the University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts (Lowell), and California State University (Northridge).

Dr. Anastasi has authored several bestselling books, including Personality Negotiating: Conflict Without Casualty, which has been reprinted 21 times in multiple languages.

When he is not researching or teaching, Dr. Anastasi enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and frequently appears in amateur and professional plays and musicals in New Hampshire.
