Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, your best option is to send a substitute; let us know asap, so we can have a name tag ready for your substitute. Or you may choose a full credit, which can be applied to other seminars.
If you must simply cancel, your money will be refunded promptly (usually seven days after the seminar), minus fifty dollars for cancellation processing costs.
To qualify for this refund, simply notify us in writing at least three business days before the seminar.
