Honorable Steven Gonzalez

Steven Gonzalez is a Judge of the King County Superior Court, and was the Washington State Hispanic Bar Association's 2001 Outstanding Lawyer of the Year.

Before his elevation to the bench, Judge Gonzalez served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, winning the Department of Justice's Superior Performance Award, and the Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service.

He also served the City of Seattle as a prosecutor, and he spent several years practicing in major law firms in Seattle and San Francisco. Judge Gonzalez has lived and studied overseas, and speaks four languages.
