Mail, Phone and Fax Registration

You may use our shopping cart system to print a completed form that you can use when you register by any of these methods.

Just printing the order form will not create a firm registration - you still need to send it to us by your prefered method. But it makes your job much easier by capturing all the required information.

1. Make your seminar choices and place them in the cart, as if you were ordering by credit card online.
    
2. When your selections are complete in the shopping cart, click on the Finish Registration button and select the option you want from the list.
    
3. The cart will create a form with all the needed information. You can print this form and use it when you fax, call or write to us.
