Kirk Dublin
Kirk Dublin is a trial lawyer with a strong business background. He has a wide array of experience litigating in both state and federal courts.
He served as Managing Partner for Preston Gates & Ellis LLP and more recently has been actively involved in building their California practices. Kirk has been designated as a SuperLawyer by Washington Law & Politics magazine every year since 2000.
Kirk has represented clients involved in such businesses as computer software, the provision of health care, health care insurance, consumer products, agriculture, chemical manufacturing, waste disposal, insurance, precious metal production, sports equipment manufacturing, clothing manufacturing, heavy machinery manufacturing, timber, auto repair, and franchising.
His clients have included industry leaders and governmental entities such as Microsoft, Starbucks, Kaiser Aluminum, the University of Washington and the State of Alaska.
Kirk represented Microsoft in wide array of cases, including those involving software contracts, on-line agreements and content agreements, commercial disputes and labor matters. He also represented the State of Alaska in Exxon Valdez-related litigation, and health care providers in connection with federal fraud and abuse investigation.
