Jim Neill

Jim Neill is a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine. In his career to date he has obtained over 1000 liquor licenses for Oregon and Washington restaurants, bars, and hotels and represented over 1000 different restaurants, bars and hotels for general business and personal needs.

He has represented businesses and associations before the Oregon Legislature primarily on alcohol regulation and gaming issues. He also has helped coordinate the legal development of over 30 different hotel properties.

Represented over 35 wineries, breweries, and distilleries with state and federal licensing and general business matters and is present general counsel for the Oregon Restaurant Association.
