Evan Schwab

Evan Schwab is currently a partner with Dorsey & Whitney, LLP. He specializes in complex commercial cases, with emphasis on securities litigation, class action litigation, and defense of legal and accounting firms.

Mr. Schwab has been a partner in the Trial, Regulatory and Technology Group since 1999 and is co-chair of the Professional Malpractice practice group.

He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a former law clerk to Justice William O. Douglas of the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Schwab has been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" (business litigation) from 1993 through 2003, and named a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics in 2003.
