David Goodenough

As a Management and Career Consultant, David Goodenough shows people how to improve their productivity, set manageable individual and corporate goals, and improve morale and communications in their work place.

People who work with David learn to recognize and appreciate their particular talents and discover how to demonstrate those talents to their fullest potential. He teaches leaders to identify natural talents in their employees and to lead and mentor teams to increase productivity and profitability.

David has a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Counseling and Bachelor Degrees in both Sociology and Education. He is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He has been a Career and Training Consultant since 1980.

Over the past twenty years David has consulted to large and small businesses in numerous industries in both the private and public sector. Prior to that he held administrative positions with a variety of social service programs and helped found and manage three separate non-profit companies.
