Cynthia Thomas

Cynthia Thomas is an attorney with the Real Property Law Group, a Seattle based law firm with a practice limited to transactional commercial real estate.

Cynthia's practice has covered the full range of real property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and development.

Work for her current clients runs from basic, garden-variety leases to development documents for large, urban mixed-use projects.

As the legal context of real property transactions continually becomes more complex and sophisticated, Cynthia keeps her skills and knowledge up-to-date by developing and teaching seminars on real property topics for the Washington State Bar Association and various professional education organizations. In the past, she taught real estate law for the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate certification program.

Cynthia was named "Super Lawyer" in 2001 by Washington Law & Politics magazine. She earned her J.D. from University of Washington in 1984, with honors in real property.
