Clifford Freed

Cliff has been with Frank Freed Subit & Thomas since 1984. He graduated cum laude in 1984 from Seattle University School of Law, where he was also Managing Editor of the Law Review.

Cliff's practice focuses on the representation of individual employees in most aspects of employment, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour litigation.

In addition to his individual employee clients, Cliff devotes a substantial percentage of his practice to representing union clients. He also provides employment advice to a number of non-profit agencies and charitable institutions.

He has served as an independent investigator for various federal agencies in discrimination cases, and is a frequent mediator in state and federal employment cases.

Cliff lectures on a variety of subjects before bar and professional groups, employer associations and unions. He was a contributor to the 1998 supplement to Lindemann & Grossman's Employment Discrimination Law, the leading treatise on the subject.

Cliff is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association, and serves as a member of the Federal Pro Bono Screening Committee.
