The Ethics of Privacy

A look at Personal Autonomy Law, as developed by the U.S. Supreme Court in cases declaring sodomy, abortion, contraception and other legislation unconstitutional.

This session takes on ethical issues that relate to judicial and professional responsibility raised by the reasoning and rhetoric of leading US Supreme Court decisions that establish a constitutional right to privacy.
